Woodland Wellbeing

August 28 2019

Woodland Wellbeing provides a space for people with dementia and their carers to spend quality time together.
They meet on a fortnightly basis at Kingsweston House and sessions are facilitated by experienced woodland activity leaders for the Forest of Avon Trust. The small group and calm natural environment offers opportunities to relax away from noise and stress, spend quality time with other people, connect with nature and try new activities.
Autumn 2019 sessions run on alternate Thursday mornings from 10:30am-12:30pm, beginning September 12. To sign up ask your dementia navigator or phone Georgina Borrows (Dementia Wellbeing Service) on: 0117 904 5150.
